Your area of responsibility:
Customer acquisition and management
Identifying and approaching potential new customers
Maintaining existing customers through regular contacts and customer meetings
Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies
Preparation and follow-up of quotations
Correspondence and negotiations with customers and interested parties
Presentation and recommendation of company products and services
Providing after-sales support for customer retention
Planning, coordination and follow-up of customer projects
Reporting and documentation
Your profile:
Completed studies or commercial or IT training
Understanding of sales principles and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience
Career starters are welcome
IT skills would be a great advantage
Basic knowledge of CRM software desirable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good time management skills with problem solving skills
