Responsibilities:
Contributing to the establishment of the “Happyware Customer Care Center,” a central point for customer complaints, inquiries, requests, etc.
Responsible for managing customer care topics, including coordination with internal and external service providers such as call centers and freelancers.
Actively shaping customer service topics at relevant touchpoints in close collaboration with internal department interfaces.
Organizing and conducting post-sales activities and customer satisfaction analyses for our QM.
Ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring customer satisfaction-related KPIs, and deriving appropriate measures to improve the service experience.
Taking care of our customers at first contact and in the absence of the responsible account manager.
Actively participating in the creation of customer FAQs, reducing response times, etc.
Participating in quality management.
Profile:
Successfully completed commercial training or a degree with professional experience, ideally in customer service or sales.
Team player with high self-motivation and an independent working style.
Good technical and procedural understanding as well as quick comprehension.
Solution-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and the desire to fully satisfy our customers and partners.
Hands-on mentality, demonstrated by the search for smart solutions and optimization potential.
Basic understanding of CRM systems is desirable.
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
