Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the entire sales process in the the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Europe—from qualification and offer negotiation to closing the deal.
- You manage both channel partners (resellers, system integrators, hosting providers) and B2B end customers, with the objective of developing profitable, long-term business relationships
- Your focus will be on ACTIVE CLOSING, not on technical quotation preparation – this will be done in close coordination with the Solution Team.
- This makes you our key revenue generator and chief negotiator in the sales process.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., IT systems specialist, business economist)
- Several years of relevant experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT, hardware, or system house environment
- Experience with channel partners and/or direct customers (B2B)
- Proven success in price negotiations and closing deals
- High level of self-motivation, closing skills, and communication skills
- Structured approach to work, affinity for CRM, and results-oriented
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel
