Your area of responsibility:
- Customer acquisition and management
- Identifying and approaching potential new customers
- Maintaining existing customers through regular contacts and customer meetings
- Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations
- Correspondence and negotiations with customers and interested parties
- Presentation and recommendation of company products and services
- Providing after-sales support for customer retention
- Planning, coordination and follow-up of customer projects
- Reporting and documentation
Your profile:
- Completed studies or commercial or IT training
- Understanding of sales principles and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience
- Career starters are welcome
- IT skills would be a great advantage
- Basic knowledge of CRM software desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good time management skills with problem solving skills
- Good command of English
